Privacy
LUKE Wines respects your privacy. We will only collect, store and use your personal information (name, address, email and phone number) for defined purposes. We use your information to support and enhance our relationship with you, for example, to process your purchase, provide service and support, and share product, service and company news and offerings with you. We do not sell your personal information. We will not share your personal data outside LUKE Wines without your consent, except as required by law or to protect LUKE Wines its customers, or the public, and then only with partners who share LUKE Wines commitment to protecting your privacy and data. At any time you may contact LUKE Wines with any privacy questions or concerns you may have. You also may ask at any time to see the personal data you have given us and request correction or deletion. We strive to protect the security of your personal data by use of appropriate measures and processes.
Security
LUKE Wines does not store any credit card information. When purchasing from LUKE Wines, your payment and personal information is encrypted using the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol which is among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions ensuring that all of your personal information, including credit card numbers, name, and address cannot be read over the internet.
Returns and Exchanges
LUKE Wines guarantees the quality of all our wines and merchandise. Your satisfaction is our commitment. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order for assistance at luke@winesbyluke.com. We will gladly offer you an exchange or replacement of equal value. Note that as some wines may sell out we cannot guarantee a replacement of the same varietal and/or vintage.
Credit card refunds
In the event that LUKE Wines processes a refund for wine or merchandise, it will be to the credit card used at the time of purchase upon receiving your return. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Shipment and Delivery Policies
You must be 21 years or older to buy wine. By placing your order you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that they are at least 21 years old. The willful misrepresentation of your age or the age of the recipient is a crime in most states. We ship on non-holiday weekdays only. We apologize that delivery on weekends is generally not available. In the event of extreme temperatures your shipment may be delayed to protect the wine from heat/cold damage.
We do not currently ship to Canada or the following states: AL, AR, CT, DE, KS, MD, MS, NH, NJ, RI, SD, UT, WV (Please note that this list may change as we add/remove compliance in new states.)

We offer expedited shipping only to residents of AK and HI. Rates are calculated at checkout based on bottle quantity.
We reserve the right to modify our shipping policies and rates at any time.
Wine Shipments and Weather
To protect your wine purchase, we may decide to hold shipments when there are extreme weather conditions at any point along the transit route. You will receive an email notification when a hold is placed on your order. We will do our best to ensure both timely delivery and wine that is undamaged upon receipt.
Wine Club Shipments
Wine club shipments offered at no charge are through ground transportation only. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost to the member and must be requested via an email to orders@winesbyluke.com at least 7 days prior to the club shipment. Club members in AK and HI will be charged for expedited (air) shipping at current rates not to exceed $120 for the 4-bottle club shipment.
